Course Overview

French IV A advances students toward upper-intermediate proficiency, strengthening their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through a wide range of authentic and interactive activities. Building on knowledge gained in previous courses, students expand their expressive ability with new vocabulary and advanced grammar, including the subjunctive mood. Authentic reading selections, native-speaker recordings, and cultural presentations deepen both language proficiency and cultural understanding.
